Stainless Steel Solder Stencils

As another value added service we provide laser cut stencils for customers who order PCB bare boards from E-TekNet. Please note the stencils are included already for standard PCB assembly service from E-TekNet. It means the solder stencil is free if there is no solder stencil charge in your PCB assembly quote. We offer one solder stencil free for single side PCB assembly and charge only one stencil for double side PCB assembly.

You can order the stencils to be shipped at the same time with your order of bare boards or separately from the bare boards but both ways will still arrive on time for your assembly. For lead time 5 business days or shorter, the stencils are to be shipped separately by overnight shipping. For the stencils to be shipped together with bare boards, the boards and the stencils are under the same tracking number of the shipment.

The online quote for framed stencils together with the bare board quote has a standard dimension of 17.72” x 21.65” with stencil thickness 0.0051. Please specify in the Comment area of the quote form if the size and thickness are different as well if you just need a stencil without frame or simply call us at 480-752-7854 or email us at sales@e-teknet.net.
